Donation Requests
Puerta is committed to serving our communities by supporting organizations doing good work. We are all in this together. In fact, we use the “triple bottom line” approach in measuring the successes of our business. Certainly, community and social awareness are imperative for our success. Due to the volume of requests we receive, all requests must be made using the Donation Request Form below. Requests are reviewed on a monthly basis and must be submitted at least 10 to 12 weeks prior to the actual event to be considered. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests submitted less than 10 weeks in advance. We will confirm the receipt of the donation requests by email. Approved requests will be contacted by email once the decision to participate has been approved. Please know we are appreciative to receive donation requests covering plenty of worthy causes. Unfortunately, we are not able to support them all. We want to, yet simply may not be able. Puerta has established guidelines for product donations that follow the IRS tax guidelines. The organization receiving the donation must be a nonprofit and charitable organization and provide a copy of their Federal Tax Exempt Certificate, 501(c) (3). Thank You!
