What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Sunday and Monday, 5:00 PM through 11:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday, and Friday through Saturday 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Do you take reservations?
Yes, we highly recommend reservations. You can make a reservation through Resy or by calling us at (704) 412-7767.
Is there a dress code?
We don’t have a strict dress code, but we encourage smart-casual attire for our diners.
Do you accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options?
Our entire menu is gluten-free, and we do offer several vegetarian options. We are happy to accommodate any other food allergies, please reach out to us personally with any questions at info@puertaclt.com
Can I bring my own wine?
Guests may bring a maximum of 2 Bottles of wine for an added corkage fee of $25.00 per bottle. We are happy to open and serve the bottle at the table.
Can I bring my own dessert?
Guests are welcome to bring their own desserts with an added dessert fee of $20.00. We will gladly cut, plate, and present any desserts brought in.
Is there parking available?
Our guests may utilize complimentary parking in any of our surrounding lots. (In the Shoppes at 7th Street lot behind our building, in the shared shopping center lot, and across Pecan Avenue at the Pecan Point Shopping Center, as well as the Elizabeth on 7th parking deck)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. We also offer contactless payment options for your convenience.
